As of Fall 2015, we have a new comprehensive set of graduation docs. You can see the Fall 2015 edition here. The individual pdfs of each section and the source files are in the locker (/mit/tech-squares/doc/grad/; web accessible at http://web.mit.edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/tech-squares/doc/grad/grad-all.pdf and sibling URLs). You should at least glance over them. Two sections will need updating: the rounds coordinator list (also make sure tech-squares-rounds-coordinator@mit.edu is up to date) and EC members (in howtsworks). Check whatever changes you make in with cvs (ask another officer for help if needed).
