The Milestone Project Estimate and Budget Request Template is used to upload a budget into e-Builder. The template can be used and routed multiple times for:
- Conceptual or Stage 1 Estimate
- SD
- DD
- As Bid
When you are ready to upload the template content into e-Builder as a budget you must notify the e-B Admin via an Action Item.
When can I use the template?
Project Managers may begin using the Project Estimate and Budget Request Template at any time. You do not have to wait for any a process to start to begin using the template. However, the
The completed template needs to be attached to the following processes:
- 2.02 Project Definition Form Creation
- 2.04 MOU and Stage 1 Budget
- 3.01 Milestone Project Estimate and Budget Request
Template Location
The Milestone Project Estimate and Budget Template is located in the Documents area of e-Builder. To access the template, click on the Documents link in the Project Menu, then open the Project Development and Budgets folder. The template is located in the 02.02 Capital Budget (I) folder.
