Summary

  • The Team Assignment (TA) process results in the assignment of team members (Project Coordinator, Construction Safety Officer and SEG lead) to a project in e-Builder.
  • This process is spawned by the 02.03 CRSP Screening Kickoff (CRSPK) or initiated by the e-B admin for non-CRSP projects. A project manager may initiate this process.
  • The process can be reviewed by the e-B admin, Project Manager, and the Program Manager.
  • No other processes are spawned by Team Assignment.
