  • One team member may place their robots at opposite ends of the arena and attach the rope to their bots (the rope can be connected in any manner, as seen fit by the team)
  • The committee will make final positioning and adjustments to ensure proper set up
  • Bots will autonomously start the competition when the horn is sounded
  • A winner will be declared when the ribbon on the rope is pulled across the 12 inch line on their side
  • A bot must be able todisplace itself in the right direction.Any attempt not to move will result in a disqualification. Any bot that seems to act as a 'brick' (that can't displace itself) may be tested individually.
    • To protect the Lego equipment, locking a servo at any time will result in a disqualification and total points of zero will be awarded.
  • For Tug-o-war only - the bots are limited to parts provided in the kit and supplemental pack only - no other material may be added for this competion.
