- When ILB unfilled requests are forwarded to subject specialists through AskUs, should this be counted as away from desk reference stats? Or is this just outreach? Discussion ensued.
- Yes, this should be counted as an away from desk statistic. It can be Reference or Other, depending on the question and the response by the subject specialist. This is still optional for the subject selectors to respond, as determined previously. Reference coordinators will alert their units.
