Building Moves on Windows

• Instructions for configuring a Windows 7 environment for building and running Moves. This is a cleaned up summary, and should be the starting point for anyone needing to build Moves on Windows.

This is the raw blow-by-blow account of getting from a clean MIT Administrative Windows 7 VM to a fully configured dev environment that can build Moves. There's a lot of detail, and the formatting isn't the best, but it might be a good place to look if you are getting an error message and you're not sure how to proceed.
