The Events Coordinator plans as many parties, outings, and excursions as possible.
Responsibilities (as of Fall 2014)
- Assist the officers with events in September.
- Plan at least one event in October, two in November, and one in December.
- At least one event should be off campus.
- Announce all major events at least 5 days in advance.
- Coordinate the transportation to and ticket purchases for events.
- Record who went to which events for membership requirements.
