The Events Coordinator plans as many parties, outings, and excursions as possible.

Responsibilities (as of Fall 2014)

  1. Assist the officers with events in September.
  2. Plan at least one event in October, two in November, and one in December.
  3. At least one event should be off campus.
  4. Announce all major events at least 5 days in advance.
  5. Coordinate the transportation to and ticket purchases for events.
  6. Record who went to which events for membership requirements.
