Both KS and OSIDs leave flexibility to include features out-of-band through typing of abstract entities, dynamic attributes, or OsidRecords. At some level, most every feature can be covered by the other through some contortions. If it was a matter of adding a few data fields out-of-band data fields or using a different service, it got marked blue. If a feature was not included in any model, it got marked red.
