- PirB: suspected Qsite ligation with the C terminus gblock in pENTR
- New PirB colonies picked pENTR eBFP miniprepped and PCRed
- Restriction digest on pEXPR LilrB2 repeated because we suspected quality of digestion
- Gel verification of LilrB2 and PirB PCR products ran
- LilrB2 = 1900 bps
PirB = 2500 bps (won't work becasue pENTR is not what we thought it was)
